Programme for Leadership Enhancement for Serving Principals

First Cohort:20th March 2015 – 27th June 2015
Second Cohort: 3rd March 2016 – 2nd June 2016

Objective:

This is a trial scheme under T-trainβ,one of the areas of focus of the project T-excel@hk. It aims at enabling principals to possess global perspective of leadership beyond the school context.

Content:

(a) Attachment to a business organisation or non-government organisation for 4 days to observe the leadership practices

(b) Reflection upon the attachment and sharing among participants their experiential learning
